Cooking is my passion, my career, and my favorite thing to do. I love learning new cooking techniques, trying new foods, and building a kitchen atmosphere that smells as good as the food tastes.
I’m rooted in family and culture
I learned about food from my mom, whose background is Turkish, and my dad, whose background is Ojibwe. That mix shaped how I think about flavor, comfort, and hospitality—and it still influences what I cook today.
I keep service calm—and plates beautiful
A big thing for me is staying calm, relaxed, and focused during service. I also believe eating with your eyes first is key to a great dish, so I pay attention to the details that make every plate feel special.

































Chef Ethan's meal was incredible- delicious, comforting, a visual delight! Portions were perfect. He worked with me to understand our gathering and guest of honor, and we fine-tuned the menu with only a few conversations. Highly recommended!
